PredictMarket is a skill-based prediction trading platform that allows registered users to buy and sell outcome positions on real football matches, participate in challenges, access AI-generated recommendations, and manage a digital token wallet.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are not prohibited from using the Platform by the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and are liable for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not manipulate markets, outcomes, or leaderboards through dishonest means.
• Do not create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

The Platform operates on a token-based economy. Tokens are a digital in-platform currency used to buy positions, enter challenges, access AI features, and pay for other Platform services. Tokens have no real-world monetary value except where the Platform explicitly supports payout conversion.

Tokens are purchased using real currency via Paystack. All token purchases are final. Tokens are credited to your wallet upon successful payment verification.

Token balances are non-transferable between accounts. Tokens cannot be gifted, sold, or traded to other users except through mechanisms provided by the Platform.

• Tokens are credited only after payment is successfully verified by Paystack.
• The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.
• Bonus tokens granted in promotional packages are subject to the same terms as purchased tokens.
• We reserve the right to adjust token prices, packages, and bonuses at any time with reasonable notice.

The marketplace allows users to buy outcome positions (e.g., Home Win, Draw, Away Win) on upcoming fixtures. Each position represents a stake on a specific outcome at a specific price. Position prices are determined by market supply and demand and may fluctuate.

You may sell positions back into the marketplace before the fixture locks (before kickoff). Sell prices depend on current market conditions and may be lower than your purchase price.

• All trades are executed at the listed price at the time of confirmation.
• Markets lock automatically when a fixture reaches its scheduled kickoff time.
• Once a market is locked, positions cannot be bought or sold.
• Winning positions are settled after the fixture result is confirmed.
• Settlement is based on the official match result. We are not responsible for result errors caused by our data provider.
• We reserve the right to void markets in the event of data errors, system failures, or match abandonment.

The Platform offers challenges including daily challenges, The Correct Score (TCS) game, weekend challenges, and private user competitions. Each challenge has its own entry requirements, rules, scoring, and prize structure disclosed at the time of entry.

• Entry fees are non-refundable once a challenge round has begun.
• In the event of fixture cancellation or postponement, affected predictions may be voided and tokens refunded at our discretion.
• Prize pools are subject to minimum participation thresholds.
• The Platform may cancel, modify, or postpone challenges due to technical or operational reasons.

The AI Buy / AI Sell feature uses available football data, current market activity on the Platform, and your account context to generate suggested buy or sell recommendations.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or remove the AI Buy / AI Sell feature at any time. Token costs for AI features are subject to change.

The Platform provides AI-generated football tips for informational purposes only. These tips are generated using OpenAI models based on publicly available match data, team statistics, and historical patterns.

• Tips are provided as informational content, not predictions or financial advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any tip.
• Do not make financial or wagering decisions based solely on AI tips.

All payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Payment is subject to Paystack's own terms and security standards.

• Token purchases are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• All purchases are final. Refunds are only issued for confirmed technical errors on our part, at our sole discretion.
• If a payment is declined or cancelled, no tokens will be credited.
• Contact support with your payment reference number for any payment disputes.
• We reserve the right to suspend payment processing for accounts suspected of fraud.

Users may request payouts of earned token value where the Platform supports this feature. Payout requests are subject to review and approval before processing.

• Payouts are processed via EFT to the bank account you provide. Ensure all bank details are accurate.
• Processing time is 1–5 business days from approval.
• Minimum payout thresholds and maximum limits apply and may change.
• We may request identity verification before approving a payout.
• Payouts may be withheld pending investigation if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.

You use the Platform at your own risk. You are solely responsible for:

• The buy and sell decisions you make on the marketplace.
• Confirming AI Buy / AI Sell recommendations before acting on them.
• The accuracy of bank details submitted for payout.
• Ensuring your account is used only by you.
• Any tax obligations arising from winnings or payouts in your jurisdiction.

PredictMarket does not guarantee that you will earn a return on tokens purchased or invested. Prediction trading carries inherent risk. You may lose all tokens you purchase.

Historical performance of the marketplace, leaderboards, or individual users does not indicate or guarantee future outcomes. AI recommendations, tips, and user predictions may all be incorrect.

The Platform is not a gambling operator. All positions settle based on real football match results as provided by our data partner (API-Football).

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that:

• Violates any provision of these Terms.
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behaviour.
• Creates multiple accounts for the same user.
• Attempts to exploit technical errors, bugs, or unintended Platform behaviour.
• Makes chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.

In the event of suspension, pending payout requests may be held for investigation. Token balances may be forfeited where fraud or abuse is confirmed.

The Platform employs automated and manual systems to detect and prevent fraud, market manipulation, and policy violations. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through technical exploitation, coordinated manipulation, or deception will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all tokens and winnings.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and features of the Platform are the intellectual property of PredictMarket. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
