Where is the team based?
We're based in South Africa with a distributed-first culture. Most roles are remote or hybrid depending on the function.
Do you offer equity?
We're in early growth stage. Compensation packages are designed to be competitive. Equity opportunities are evaluated case by case for senior hires.
How long does the hiring process take?
We aim to complete our process within 2–3 weeks from application to offer. We respect your time and won't ghost you.
Do I need to know football to work here?
A passion for football helps, but it's not a requirement. We value curiosity, craft, and the drive to build something excellent.
What tech stack do you use?
Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, Supabase (Postgres), Trigger.dev, Resend, Clerk, Vercel, and Python for data/AI work.
