My tokens weren't credited after payment.

First, check your wallet's transaction history. If payment was successful but tokens are missing, contact us with your payment reference number from Paystack.

I want to request a payout.

Payout requests are made from your Wallet page. Ensure you have submitted valid bank details. Processing takes 1–5 business days after approval.

My challenge prediction wasn't counted.

Challenge picks lock when the round begins. If a fixture was cancelled, the pick may be voided. Contact us with the challenge name and round details.

I was charged for an AI session but got no recommendations.

AI sessions may return no recommendations if insufficient market data is available. The token cost is still charged. Contact us with the session details for review.

How do I close my account?

You can request account closure by contacting support. Note that financial records and token ledger history are retained for compliance purposes.
